刘振英,男,中央人民广播电台主任记者。时政部主任。1945年出生于河南永城县,1964年参军,1966年奉调中央人民广播电台工作。28年来,他参与了几乎所有重大政治活动的报道,并先后采访了一百多个国家的元首和外国政要人物的访华活动,为重大外事题材的报道打开了一条新路。
