脑瘫患儿的脑干听觉诱发电位测试与早期干预

目的 探讨脑瘫患儿脑干听通道功能受损及听力障碍情况。方法 采用日本产的MEB 710 2型诱发电位仪对 32例脑瘫患儿进行脑干听觉诱发电位的检测。结果 检出异常的 2 2例 ,异常率为 6 8 7%。主要表现在Ⅰ、Ⅲ、Ⅴ各波峰潜伏期延长、Ⅰ~Ⅴ峰间期延长、Ⅲ~Ⅴ /Ⅰ~Ⅲ >1和反应阈升高 ,与对照组比较差异有显著意义 (P <0 0 1) ,表明脑瘫患儿可以合并有外周和中枢性听力障碍 ,并可有脑干功能的损害。结论 脑干听觉诱发电位可以早期了解脑瘫患儿的整个听通道功能情况 ,及时发现听力障碍 ,及早干预 ,促进患儿脑功能和听力及语言的发育 Objective To investigate the impaired brainstem auditory function and hearing impairment in children with cerebral palsy. Methods The brainstem auditory evoked potentials of 32 children with cerebral palsy were detected by MEB 710 2 induced potentiometer. Results The abnormalities were detected in 22 cases with an abnormal rate of 68.7%. Mainly in Ⅰ, Ⅲ, Ⅴ prolongation of each wave peak, Ⅰ ~ Ⅴ peak interval prolonged, Ⅲ ~ Ⅴ / Ⅰ ~ Ⅲ> 1 and response threshold increased, compared with the control group was significantly different (P <0.01 ), Indicating that children with cerebral palsy can be combined with peripheral and central hearing impairment, and may have impaired brain function. Conclusions Brainstem auditory evoked potentials can be used to understand the function of the entire auditory canal in children with cerebral palsy. Early detection of hearing impairment and early intervention can promote the development of brain function, hearing and speech in children
