2008年11月18日,中央电视台09年度广告招标圆满成功,竞标总额达到92亿之多。业界一直把央视广告招标看作中国广告业的风向标,但风向标在经济高涨时期和经济下滑时期的含义是不同的。在经济高涨时期,央视广告招标大幅度增长意味着广告业整体的景气旺盛,而在经济下滑时期则意味着广告向大媒体、优势媒体集中,这并不表明广告业走出了景气低谷。
November 18, 2008, CCTV 09 annual bidding a successful auction, the total bidding reached 9.2 billion as much. The industry has always regarded CCTV advertising bidding as the benchmark for China’s advertising industry, but the vane’s meaning is different during periods of economic boom and economic downturn. In a period of economic boom, a substantial increase in CCTV advertising bidding means that the advertising industry as a whole has a booming economy. In times of economic downturn, this means that advertising is concentrated in major media outlets and superior media outlets. This does not mean that the advertising industry is out of the economic downturn.
