分层备考的理论基础源于孔子“因材施教”教育理念,源于“以人为本”的教育原则。把学生分层的目的其实就是确立不同层次的培养目标,使不同学力水平的学生在其能力范围内得到充分发展,体验成功的快乐。分层备考包括学生分层、教师分层、备考内容分层,核心是备考内容分层。
