目的:研究超临界二氧化碳萃取枇杷叶中熊果酸的工艺。方法:通过单因素试验和响应面优化,用高效液相测定萃取物中熊果酸含量;建立枇杷叶中熊果酸超临界萃取的数学模型,确定最佳萃取工艺条件。结果:熊果酸超临界萃取的最佳工艺条件为:萃取温度61.6℃,萃取压力25.8 MPa,动态萃取时间40 min,在此条件下熊果酸的理论提取率为3.96 mg/g。结论:优化得到的该萃取工艺可靠。 Objective: To study the extraction of ursolic acid from loquat leaves by supercritical carbon dioxide. Methods: The ursolic acid content in the extract was determined by single factor experiment and response surface optimization. The mathematical model of ursolic acid in supercritical fluid extraction was established and the optimum extraction conditions were established. Results: The optimum extraction conditions for ursolic acid were as follows: extraction temperature 61.6 ℃, extraction pressure 25.8 MPa, dynamic extraction time 40 min. The theoretical extraction yield of ursolic acid was 3.96 mg / g under these conditions. Conclusion: The optimized extraction process is reliable.
