目的:探讨众生丸浓缩工艺过程中所存在的问题及解决方法。方法:采用HPLC法测定众生丸浓缩工艺过程中芍药苷、虎杖苷、黄芩苷的降解率,分析众生丸浓缩工艺过程的关键控制参数。结果:结果显示针对不同浓缩阶段浓缩液的传热速度不同,在众生丸浓缩过程中采用不同的浓缩方式和设备可大大降低有效成分的降解率。结论:通过试验分析,有针对性的细化研究浓缩工艺过程关键控制参数,降低有效成分的降解率,可为众生丸实际生产提供参考。
Objective: To explore the problems and solutions in the process of enriching pills. Methods: The degradation rates of paeoniflorin, polydatin and baicalin during the concentration of benshu pills were determined by HPLC. The key control parameters of the enrichment process were analyzed. Results: The results showed that the heat transfer rates of concentrates at different concentrating stages were different, and different concentration methods and equipment were used to reduce the degradation rate of active ingredients in the process of enriching pellets. Conclusion: Through the analysis of experiments, the key control parameters of concentration process are studied carefully and the degradation rate of active ingredients is reduced. It can provide a reference for the actual production of Beans.
