Trypsin and Chymotrypsin Inhibitors CMTI I is the smallest molecular weight trypsin inhibitor and Kazmierczak et al. Studied the CMTIN terminal structure that works directly with beta trypsin as a template for the design of low molecular weight protease inhibitors. Two hundred and sixteen 10-peptide mixture solid phase libraries were synthesized from TentagelSAc attached to Fmoc Gly resin. These 10-peptide compounds use bovine beta-trypsin
