经营者与消费者其实是一种统一对立关系。只有消费者权益得到实现,才能使经营者的发展获得长期的消费保证;保证了消费者的合法权益,就是保证了经营者的利益,其中也包括房产企业。守信才能长期发展,失信必被逐出市场!这几年,房地产投诉一直呈上升趋势,房价违约、面积缩水、物业管理等问题成了投诉的热点。业内人士将此归结为诚信匮乏,并认为“诚信危机”是制约楼市发展的瓶颈之一。呼唤诚信,让诚信成为市场主流,对于当前的楼市来说,意义非凡,因为一个持续发展的楼市需要诚信来支撑,消费大环境需要诚信来呵护。
