战争史,作为记载交战双方行动的史书,应当全面、客观、准确地反映交战双方的战略、战术、作战过程以及影响双方军事行动的政治、经济诸因素。同理,撰写中国人民解放军战史既要充分研究己方的各种史料,又要重视研究和运用敌方有关的史料。但是,长期以来,我们在撰写中国人民解放军战史工作中,对敌方史料的研究和运用没有予以应有的关注。敌方史料特别是第一手的、高层次的敌方史料不易搜集,更难求得系统、完整,固然是客观原因, History of war, as a historical book recording the actions of both warring sides, should comprehensively, objectively and accurately reflect the strategic, tactical and operational processes of the two warring sides and the political and economic factors that affect the military operations of the two sides.
