新生儿疾病筛查是一项系统工程,需要多环节的密切配合,同时这项工作涉及到广大群众的切身利益,任何一个环节出了问题,都会影响新生儿疾病筛查质量,造成无法弥补的损失,熟练掌握筛查技术是保证筛查质量的前提。血样采集是筛查的第一关,血样采集是否合格直接影响检验结果,血样过多会出现假阳性,血量过少会出现漏诊,而选择恰当的采血部位是血样合格的重要保证。我院为了提高血样合格率,1998年7~10月进行新生儿疾病筛查780例,我们选择了其中条件相同的500例,随机分为两组,采用不同的采血部位,收到不同效果。现报告如
