本文结合石油钻探行业外部市场队伍管理状况,着眼于外部员工远离本单位不便管理的情况和问题,积极探索新的外部市场队伍管理的新方法,通过充分发挥党政工团作用,通过以典型带面的方法,在油田“二次创业”的过程中,培养和造就一支素质优秀,业务精湛,表现出色的外部市场团队,为油田实现跨越式发展提供有效的人员支持。
Combining the management of the external market forces in the oil drilling industry and focusing on the inconvenient management of external employees away from their own units, this paper actively explores new methods for the management of new external market forces.
