本文用胆碱乙酰化酶(choline acetyltransferase ChAT)免疫组化法观察了猫基底前脑内胆碱能神经元的分布及细胞形态特征,并研究了在切断一侧伞一穹窿后,隔区胆碱能神经元消失情况。含有胆碱能神经元的核包括:内侧隔核、斜束带核、隔袱核、尾核、苍白球、下丘脑视前区和外侧区及冠状回邻近的皮质区。核中细胞呈多角形、卵圆形、梭形或三角形。以中型(20-25μm)和小型(<20μm)为常见,偶有大型的(>25μm)。切断一侧伞—穹窿后,术侧内侧隔核和斜束带垂直部胆碱能神经元比健侧的明显减少(P<0.01),说明此处胆碱能神经元发支经伞—穹窿投射至海马。
In this paper, choline acetyltransferase ChAT immunohistochemistry was used to observe the distribution of cholinergic neurons in the basal forebrain of cats and the morphological features of the cells. After the excision of the umbrella-fornix on one side, Alkaloid neurons disappear. Nuclei containing cholinergic neurons include medial septal nucleus, diagonal band nucleus, barrier nucleus, caudate nucleus, globus pallidus, hypothalamic preoptic and lateral regions, and cortical regions adjacent to the coronoid nucleus. Nuclear cells were polygonal, oval, fusiform or triangular. Medium (20-25μm) and small (<20μm) is common, occasional large (> 25μm). Choroidal neurons in the medial septum nucleus and the vertical portion of the oblique band were significantly reduced compared with those of the contralateral side (P <0.01) after the one-side umbrella-fornix was cut off, indicating that the cholinergic neurons of the cholinergic neurons branch through the umbrella-fornix Project to the hippocampus.
