六十年代初,我们曾对上海市闵行几个重型厂房进行过多次振动及动、静测试。测试结果除证实小车横向刹车力按空间分配,与国内外资料大致类同外,还说明吊车的竖直荷载也是按空间分配的。但对吊车竖直荷载的空间分配的概念和理论分析,则至今未看到有文献述及。现按上海汽轮机厂大汽轮机车间在150吨吊车作用下的测试结果,对吊车垂直荷载的空间分配作一简单介绍。
In the early 1960s, we conducted several vibration and static and dynamic tests on several heavy-duty factories in Minhang, Shanghai. In addition to confirming that the lateral braking force of the trolley is allocated according to space, the test results are roughly similar to those at home and abroad. It also shows that the vertical load of the crane is also allocated according to space. However, the concept and theoretical analysis of the spatial distribution of the vertical load of the crane has not been mentioned in the literature so far. According to the test results of the large steam turbine plant of Shanghai Steam Turbine Works under the effect of a 150-ton crane, the space allocation of the vertical load of the crane is briefly introduced.
