四倍体鲫鲤与二倍体红鲫交配形成了新型三倍体鲫鱼,该三倍体鲫鱼的体侧扁,近似纺锤形,体色为青灰色,无口须.它们的大部分可量比例性状和可数性状都介于父母本之间,并且一些可量比例性状超出亲本范围,体现出杂种特征.第一年养殖结果表明,把同规格三倍体鲫鱼和二倍体红鲫混养,三倍体鲫鱼生长速度比红鲫快11.11%.性腺观察结果表明三倍体鱼的性腺发育比普通二倍体鱼明显滞后,生殖细胞呈退化现象.与以前用四倍体鲫鲤和日本白鲫交配形成的三倍体湘云鲫相比,三倍体鲫鱼不但保持了生长速度快、不育的特点,而且表现出完全没有口须的鲫鱼类型的特征,这在细胞遗传和鱼类育种方面都具有重要意义.
The tetraploid crucian carp and diploid red crucian carp mate to form a new type of triploid crucian carp. The triploid crucian carp is flattened and nearly spindle-shaped, and the body color is blue-gray with no whiskers. Most of their scalability and countable traits are between parents, and some measurable traits exceed the range of the parents and reflect the hybrid characteristics. The results of the first year breeding showed that the triploid crucian carp grew 11.11% faster than the triploid crucian carp and the diploid red crucian carp. Gonadal observation showed that the gonadal development of triploid fish lagged significantly compared with that of normal diploid fish, and the germ cells were degenerated. Compared with the triploid diploid Carassius auratus crucian carp mating with tetraploid crucian carp and Japanese white carassius auratus, the triploid crucian carp not only maintained the characteristics of fast growth and sterility but also showed no carp type Which is of great importance both in cytogenetics and in fish breeding.
