飞机燃油结冰会使燃油系统给发动机所供的燃油间歇中断或完全中断,从而导致飞行事故。随着国家近年来运输类飞机的兴起,燃油结冰试验成为备受关注的项目。配制掺水的燃油是燃油结冰试验的基础。本文介绍了掺水系统的组成和原理,分析了不同掺水方式和微量水分测量方法的优劣,加水量对含水燃油稳定性的影响以及含水燃油饱和度测定方法。分析所得结论可以直接用于运输类飞机燃油结冰试验,具有一定的工程指导价值。
Aircraft fuel icing can cause intermittent or complete disruptions to the fuel supplied to the engine by the fuel system, resulting in a flight accident. With the rise of transport aircraft in recent years, the fuel icing test has become a project of great concern. Preparation of water-fueled fuel is the basis of the fuel icing test. This paper introduces the composition and principle of water-mixing system, analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of different water-mixing methods and trace moisture measurement methods, the influence of water addition on the stability of water-containing fuel, and the determination method of water saturation. The conclusion of the analysis can be directly used in the transport type aircraft fuel icing test, which has certain engineering guiding value.
