控制成本越来越成为企业提高利润率的重要渠道,渤星公司生产规模日益扩大,物资采购额度也逐年增高,由此,公司不断规范物资管理模式,本着“能招必招,招必公开”的原则积极推行招标采购,通过定期开展价格评估,加强对采购价格的管控,强化仓储管理,合理化物资库存周转率,物资采购成本得到有效控制,降本增效成果显著。
