目的及时查清食物中毒事故原因,提出预防措施。方法依据食物中毒诊断标准及技术处理总则。结果患者有相似的临床症状;潜伏期短,发病急,病程短;有共同进餐史;人与人之间无直接传染。结论是一起鲜黄花菜食用不当引起的食物中毒。
Objective To find out the cause of food poisoning in time and put forward preventive measures. Methods Based on diagnostic criteria for food poisoning and technical treatment. The results of patients with similar clinical symptoms; short incubation period, acute onset, short course of disease; a common meal history; no direct transmission between people. The conclusion is that food poisoning caused by eating improper fresh day lily.
