目的:研究40株广藿香内生真菌的生物活性,为进一步发掘活性代谢产物提供理论依据。方法:采用SRB、PNPG和DPPH法分别测定内生真菌提取物的细胞毒、抑制α-葡萄糖苷酶和清除DPPH自由基等活性。结果:21株内生真菌对肿瘤细胞SF-268、MCF-7、NCI-H460、Hep G-2中的至少3种细胞具有抑制活性,IC_(50)值在0.03~20.30μg/mL之间,其中菌株A616的抑制活性最为显著,对4种肿瘤细胞的IC_(50)值分别为0.044、0.031、0.030、0.032μg/mL;13株内生真菌具有抑制α-葡萄糖苷酶活性,其中菌株A598的活性最为显著,其IC_(50)值为184.38μg/mL;15株内生真菌具有DPPH自由基清除活性,其中菌株A594、A598、A630显示出较强的DPPH自由基清除能力,IC_(50)值分别为36.33、20.63、59.93μg/mL。结论:广藿香内生真菌具有多种生物活性,值得进一步深入研究。
Objective: To study the biological activity of 40 patchouli endophytic fungi and provide a theoretical basis for further exploration of active metabolites. Methods: SRB, PNPG and DPPH methods were used to determine the cytotoxicity of endophytic fungi extracts, inhibit α-glucosidase and DPPH radical scavenging activity. Results: Twenty-one endophytic fungi had inhibitory activity against at least three cell types of SF-268, MCF-7, NCI-H460 and Hep G-2 in tumor cells. IC 50 values ranged from 0.03 to 20.30 μg / mL , Among which the inhibitory activity of strain A616 was the most significant. The IC 50 values of the four kinds of tumor cells were 0.044,0.031,0.030 and 0.032μg / mL, respectively. Thirteen endophytic fungi had inhibitory activity on α-glucosidase, The activity of A598 was the most significant, with the IC 50 value of 184.38 μg / mL. The 15 endophytic fungi had DPPH radical scavenging activity. Among them, A549, A598 and A630 showed strong DPPH radical scavenging ability, IC_ ( 50) values were 36.33,20.63,59.93μg / mL. Conclusion: Endophytic fungi of Pogostemon cablin have many biological activities and deserve further study.
