磷肥对玉米灌浆期光合系统性能的影响

在棕壤肥料长期定位试验基础上,测定不同水平磷肥处理玉米产量、灌浆期玉米穗位叶叶绿素荧光参数等指标。结果表明,施用磷肥能显著提高玉米产量,增施磷肥可以明显影响叶绿素荧光诱导动力学曲线变化,无论在低量有机肥还是高量有机肥投入条件下,增施磷肥均可以降低玉米穗位叶OJIP曲线的K、J和I值,减少叶片放氧复合体系统损伤程度。合理的氮磷比例可以有效提高PSⅡ电子传递性能,对于PSⅡ供体侧性能无明显影响。随着磷肥的施入,PSⅠ反应中心P700的最大氧化还原能力和光系统Ⅰ和Ⅱ的协调性受到一定抑制。 On the basis of long-term brown locust fertilizer experiment, the indexes of maize yield and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters at ear stage were determined at different levels of phosphate fertilizer. The results showed that the application of phosphate fertilizer could significantly increase the yield of maize. The application of phosphate fertilizer could obviously affect the change of chlorophyll fluorescence induced kinetic curve. Under the condition of low or high levels of organic manure application, OJIP curve of the K, J and I value, reduce the oxygen-deficient leaves of the composite system damage. Reasonable proportion of nitrogen and phosphorus can effectively improve the PS Ⅱ electron transport properties, for PS Ⅱ donor side performance no significant effect. With the application of phosphate fertilizer, the maximum redox potential of PS I reaction center P700 and the coordination of photosystem Ⅰ and Ⅱ were restrained.
