裂解炉对流段结焦和结焦母体生成速率的研究表明,雷诺数和线速度的乘积愈大和反应深度愈低,结焦速度愈小。重油汽化呈环流时管壁不结焦,仅当准雾状流时才结焦。雷诺数和线速度的乘积越大,临界汽化率越大。
Cracking furnace convection section coking and coking parent body formation rate of the research shows that the product of the Reynolds number and the linear velocity is bigger and the reaction depth is lower, the coking rate is smaller. Heavy oil vaporization was circulating tube wall is not coking, only when the quasi-fog flow coking. The larger the product of the Reynolds number and the linear velocity, the greater the critical vaporization rate.
