一般大型齿轮减速机的齿轮采用铸造加工后都要进行动平衡试验,一些工厂由于条件限制,则以静平衡代之,其效果基本相同。齿轮找静平衡方法很多,但所需工艺装置都较复杂,通用性又差,因此影响了经济效益。利用杠杆原理用钢球作为工具,对齿轮找静平衡,实践证明,精度达到0.02kgfm的要求。用钢球对齿轮找静平衡简便易行,其操作方法: 选择一个直径D大于齿轮轴孔d的钢球,有一定的硬度、椭圆度<3.5μm。再用一块300mm~2表面光滑平整的钢板,并有与钢球相同等级的硬度,将钢板水平放在平台上。把钢球放在钢板中心部位。再把
