行星机构因其结构紧凑,很多拖拉机都用它作为副变速,它能充分利用变速箱和后桥之间的空间,几乎不增加或很少增加轴向尺寸。 目前,由于要求拖拉机的爬行速度越来越低或者要求有多倒档,或者既有低爬行档又有多倒档,这就使结构过于复杂、轴向尺寸过长。为了解决此问题,作者在此文中提出了几种几乎不影响原机工装模具的设计方案,以供参考。
Because of its compact structure, many planetary tractors use it as a subtransmission, which takes full advantage of the space between the transmission and the rear axle with little or no additional axial dimension. At present, the structure is overcomplicated and the axial dimension is too long due to the requirement of a tractor crawling at a slower speed or requiring more reverse gear, or both low reverse gear and more reverse gear. In order to solve this problem, the author put forward in this article several designs that hardly affect the original machine tooling for reference.
