通过金相、化学分析、透射电镜、扫描电镜及X射线衍射仪等分析手段对350兆瓦汽轮机叶片的失效进行了分析。结果表明,该叶片的失效是由于疲劳断裂而不是由于腐蚀环境下的疲劳断裂。
The failure of 350 MW steam turbine blades was analyzed by metallographic analysis, chemical analysis, transmission electron microscopy, scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction. The results show that the failure of the blade is due to fatigue fracture rather than fatigue fracture under corrosive environment.
