1970年以来遇到14例肾结核误诊为非特异性尿路感染(简称尿感),在外院误诊10例,本院误诊4例,为吸取教训,提高肾结核的早期诊断率,对其误诊病例作一分析。一般资料:男6例,女8例,年龄<20岁2例,21～40岁11例,>41岁1例。病程(指出现症状～入院时间)<1年4例,>1年4例,>2年4例,>3年1例,>10年1例。症状及体症:发热7例,腰疫痛9例,尿频、尿急、尿痛13例,同时伴肉眼血尿7例,无膀胱刺激症状,以突发全程肉眼血尿1例。实验室检查:尿蛋白±～+10例,++3
