目的研究扶舒清氧气湿化液与蒸馏水带菌率及其对下呼吸道感染的影响,用以规范临床氧气湿化液的应用,减少医院感染的发生率。方法选取2012年10月-2013年10月入院救治并需吸氧的160例患者,根据随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组各80例,其中试验组应用扶舒清作为吸氧湿化液,湿化器材6d更换1次,对照组应用蒸馏水作为吸氧湿化液,每天更换湿化器材1次,连续监测5d;两组患者均每天收集痰液做细菌培养,比较扶舒清与蒸馏水的带菌率及两组患者下呼吸道感染发生率。结果 5d检测湿化液带菌率试验组分别为0、0、0、0、3.75%,对照组分别为55.00%、51.25%、53.75%、53.75%、48.75%,两组湿化液带菌率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组湿化液共检出623株病原菌,其中铜绿假单胞菌居多152株占24.40%;试验组患者无下呼吸道感染病例,对照组患者发生下呼吸道感染9例,感染率11.25%。结论扶舒清氧气湿化液的带菌率相对较低,引起的下呼吸道感染发生率低,建议临床选择扶舒清作为氧气湿化液。
Objective To study the effect of Fushuqing Oxygen Wetting Solution and distilled water on the infection rate of lower respiratory tract and to regulate the clinical application of Oxygen wetting fluid to reduce the incidence of nosocomial infection. Methods A total of 160 patients admitted to hospital from October 2012 to October 2013 who needed oxygenation were divided into experimental group and control group according to the random number table method, 80 cases in each group. Fushuqing was used as oxygen absorption and humidification Liquid, humidification equipment 6d replacement 1, the control group of distilled water as oxygen absorbing wetting solution, changing wetting equipment 1 times a day, continuous monitoring 5d; two groups of patients were collected sputum bacterial culture, comparison Fu Shu Qing and Disinfection rate of distilled water and incidence of lower respiratory tract infection in both groups. Results The rates of 5 h wetting fluid test in the test group were 0,0,0,0,3 and 75% respectively, while those in the control group were 55.00%, 51.25%, 53.75%, 53.75% and 48.75%, respectively (P <0.05). There were 623 strains of pathogens detected in both groups, of which 152 strains accounted for 24.40%. In the test group, there were no cases of lower respiratory tract infection and those in the control group Respiratory infections in 9 cases, the infection rate of 11.25%. Conclusion Fushuqing oxygen wetting fluid carrier rate is relatively low, causing a lower incidence of lower respiratory tract infection, it is recommended that the clinical selection Fushuqing as oxygen wetting fluid.
