计算机辅助装调(CAA)是提升高精度、复杂离轴光学系统成像质量的一个行之有效的手段,特别是对空间光学系统的在轨调整显得尤其重要。介绍了一种针对离轴反射变焦系统进行计算机辅助装调的方法。由于变焦系统具有多重结构,所以需要计算系统在不同位置的灵敏度矩阵。因而,变焦系统的计算机辅助装调实际上是由一系列独立的对应着不同位置的辅助装调组成的。对各重结构进行装调的过程包括灵敏度矩阵的计算、实际系统和理想系统像差差值的计算,以及失调量的计算等。针对反射变焦系统,建立了新的计算机辅助装调数学模型。为了更进一步地说明问题,进行了数值实验,并通过对比装调前后系统的成像质量,验证了该方法的可行性。
CAA is an effective method to improve the imaging quality of high precision and complex off-axis optical system. Especially, the on-orbit adjustment of space optical system is especially important. A method of computer aided tuning for off-axis reflex zoom system is introduced. Since the zoom system has a multiple structure, it is necessary to calculate the sensitivity matrix of the system at different positions. Thus, the zoom system of computer-aided tuning is actually composed of a series of independent corresponding to the different positions of the auxiliary tuning composition. The process of loading and unloading each structure includes the calculation of the sensitivity matrix, the calculation of the difference between the real system and the ideal system, and the calculation of the offset amount. For reflex zoom system, a new mathematical model of computer aided tuning was established. In order to explain the problem further, numerical experiments were carried out. The feasibility of this method was verified by comparing the imaging quality before and after the system was adjusted.
