日本企业文化是日本的企业在长期的运营过程中,在民族文化、民族宗教、地域等的影响下,形成的具有企业特点的群体意识以及相应的行为规范。这种企业文化伴随着日资公司在各国的建立,也逐渐在海外成长起来。在我国,有数千家的日资企业,每年都会有大量的日语专业人才进入到这些日资企业工作,由于中国传统的价值观的影响,一部分日语毕业生在入职前期,很难接受日资企业的运营模式及各类制度,因而就出现了一系列的问题。笔者认为,高校日语专业有必要在学生毕业前让学生能够大致了解日本企业文化的大致内容以及这种企业文化中所形成的相关意识。
Japanese corporate culture is a group awareness and corresponding code of conduct formed by Japanese enterprises under long-term operation and under the influence of national culture, ethnicity, religion and geography. This corporate culture, along with the establishment of Japanese-owned companies in various countries, has also gradually grown up overseas. In our country, there are thousands of Japanese-funded enterprises, each year a large number of Japanese professionals into these Japanese-funded enterprises, due to the impact of traditional Chinese values, part of the Japanese graduates in the pre-employment, it is difficult to accept the operation of Japanese-funded enterprises Models and various systems, and thus there have been a series of problems. The author believes that college Japanese major is necessary for students before graduation to enable students to roughly understand the general content of Japanese corporate culture and the formation of this corporate culture awareness.
