在表面活性剂三乙醇胺存在的条件下,以Zn(NO3)2.6H2O和H3BO3为原料,利用水热反应制备出分散均匀的4ZnO.B2O3.H2O微米棒.利用X-射线粉末衍射、热重-差示扫描量热、红外及扫描和透射电镜对微米棒的物相、组成、表面结构及形貌进行了分析.研究表明:所制备的硼酸锌微米棒分散均匀,直径为0.2~0.5μm,长度为5~10μm;400℃时,添加10%(质量分数)的硼酸锌微米棒可使杨木粉的残炭量比未添加硼酸锌的提高18.69%,极限氧指数达43.2,说明硼酸锌微米棒具有良好的阻燃性能.
In the presence of surfactant triethanolamine, Zn (NO3) 2.6H2O and H3BO3 were used as raw materials to prepare a uniformly dispersed 4ZnO.B2O3.H2O microrods by hydrothermal reaction.Using X-ray powder diffraction, TG- The composition, surface structure and morphology of the microrods were analyzed by DSC, IR, scanning and transmission electron microscopy.The results show that the microrods of the prepared zinc borate are uniformly dispersed with a diameter of 0.2-0.5 μm, Length of 5 ~ 10μm; 400 ℃, the addition of 10% (by weight) of zinc borate micron rods can make the charcoal of charcoal residue than without zinc borate increased 18.69%, limit oxygen index of 43.2, indicating that zinc borate Micron rods have good flame retardant properties.
