目的研究床边讲解在完成护理教学任务的同时,能否使患者更好地了解自身疾病,更好地配合治疗,从而缩短住院时间,降低医疗费用。方法采用病例对照方法 ,对2010年1月1日到2010年12月31日医保住院的2型糖尿病患者进行规范的床边护理讲解组的平均住院费用、平均住院日和未进行床边讲解的患者进行统计分析。结果有床边讲解组患者的平均住院费用比对照组均有明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论护理床边讲解在完成教学任务同时能增强患者的依从性,改善医疗质量,缩短住院时间,降低住院费用。
Objective To study the bedside to explain the task of nursing education at the same time complete, can make patients better understand their own disease, better with treatment, thereby reducing hospital stay and reduce medical costs. Methods A case-control study was conducted on the average hospitalization cost, average length of stay, and bedside explanations of standardized bedside care in type 2 diabetic patients hospitalized for Medicare from January 1, 2010 to December 31, 2010 Patients for statistical analysis. The results of the bedside to explain the average hospitalization costs of patients were significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.001). Conclusion nursing bed to explain the completion of teaching tasks at the same time can enhance patient compliance, improve the quality of care, shorten the hospital stay, reduce hospital costs.
