目的通过宫腔镜镜体的放大效应,清晰地对宫内膜、子宫血管、子宫腔内形态学以及宫腔内异物定位,对宫腔内病变组织及异物残留进行定位采集送检明确作出诊断。方法用宫腔镜手术代替传统子宫切除及开腹取宫腔残留异物的方法。运用单双电极进行电切,对残留异物直观状态下取出。结果不开腹,不损伤,切除子宫,创伤小,出血少,痛苦轻,术后恢复快,近期并发症极少,远期不影响卵巢功能等优点。结论避免了传统诊疗方案的盲目性及不彻底性,在宫腔镜直视下进行操作,可“有的放矢”的钳抓残留异物和从根蒂部切除息肉,达到完整取出异物,彻底切除息肉不复发的效果。
Objective To clarify the endometrial, uterine and uterine cavity morphology and intrauterine foreign body localization through the magnifying effect of hysteroscopy, and to locate and collect the intrauterine lesions and foreign body residues for definite diagnosis . The results are not laparotomy, no injury, removal of the uterus, trauma, less bleeding, painful, fast recovery, the recent few complications, long-term does not affect ovarian function and so on. Conclusions Avoid the blindness and incompleteness of the traditional diagnosis and treatment programs. Operate under the hysteroscope direct vision, can grasp the residual foreign body with forceps and remove the polyps from the pedicle to achieve the complete removal of the foreign body and complete removal Polyps do not recur effect.
