提出并研究用氧化亚氮—乙炔火焰原子吸收光谱法分析测试镍镉浸渍液中的含硅量。并对镍镉浸渍液中硅含量的测试方法等条件进行综合考虑。新工艺测试方法具有很好的灵敏度,干扰少,重现性好,其含硅量在5~50μg·ml-1范围内与吸光度呈线性关系。测定样品含硅量(34.0μg·ml-1n=10),相对标准偏差为小于2.2%。标准加入回收率均在98%~103%范围内。适用于镍镉浸渍液中含硅量的控制分析和样品系统分析。在当前分析领域里,用氧化亚氮—乙炔火焰原子吸收法分析测试镍镉浸渍液中含硅量属一种先进的仪器分析测试方法。
Proposed and studied using nitrous oxide - acetylene flame atomic absorption spectrometry test nickel-cadmium immersion liquid silicon content. And nickel-cadmium immersion liquid test methods such as silicon content comprehensive consideration. The new process test method has good sensitivity, less interference, good reproducibility, and its silicon content in the range of 5 ~ 50μg · ml-1 and the absorbance was linear. The silicon content (34.0 μg · ml-1n = 10) was determined with a relative standard deviation of less than 2.2%. The standard recovery rate are in the range of 98% ~ 103%. Suitable for control analysis and sample system analysis of silicon content in nickel-cadmium impregnation solution. In the current analytical field, the analysis of the silicon content in nickel-cadmium impregnation solutions by nitrous oxide-acetylene flame atomic absorption spectrometry is an advanced instrumental analytical method.
