在大数据和社交媒体快速发展的环境下,用户阅读行为出现了新的特征。图书馆如何利用社交媒体吸引更多用户,提高图书馆资源利用率,成为当今高校图书馆转型期突破发展瓶颈的有效途径之一。本文以新加坡南洋理工大学图书馆社交媒体的学科创新服务、纽约公共图书馆社交媒体平台的运营机制、澳大利亚国家图书馆社交媒体实践经典项目为例,探讨了图书馆应用社交媒体平台创新服务的对策,以期为我国高校图书馆积极应用社交媒体提供参考。
In the environment of rapid development of big data and social media, new characteristics of user reading appear. How libraries use social media to attract more users and improve the utilization rate of library resources has become one of the effective ways to break the bottleneck of development in the transition period of university libraries. In this paper, we take the innovation service of social media of Singapore Nanyang Technological University Library, the operating mechanism of social media platform of New York Public Library and the classic project of social media in National Library of Australia as an example to discuss the countermeasures of library applying innovative service of social media platform , In order to provide a reference for the active application of social media in Chinese university libraries.
