目的:评价泪道支撑管脱位引线复位术的效果。方法:回顾性分析重庆市长寿区人民医院2015年1月至2019年12月收治的Frn 2型泪道支撑管脱位5例(5眼)的临床资料。所有患者均采用以双股牵引线置入泪道，在上侧将两线头打结形成线环并与泪道支撑管环相套，牵引线环滑到泪道支撑管打结处并复位泪道支撑管。观察术后Frn 2泪道支撑管复位效果。n 结果:5例(5眼)全部一次复位成功，3~6个月拆除泪道支撑管并随访3个月，泪道均通畅。结论:应用泪道以牵引线复位Frn 2型泪道支撑管脱位安全有效，操作简单且损伤小。n “,”Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of the pull string technique in the reduction of prolapse of the lacrimal duct stent tube.Methods:The clinical data of 5 eyes of 5 cases with prolapse of the Frn 2 lacrimal duct stent tube from Jan.2015 to Dec. 2019 in Changshou District People’s Hospital were analyzed retrospectively. Double pull strings were implanted into the lacrimal duct. On the upper side, the two string ends were tied to form a loop and interlocked with the lacrimal duct stent tube. Then, the string loops were pulled to the lacrimal duct stent tube and the lacrimal duct stent tube was repositioned.The efficacy of postoperative reduction were observed.n Results:All of the 5 cases were successfully repositioned at one time. The lacrimal duct stent tube was removed at 3 to 6 months after surgery. The lacrimal duct of all cases were unobstructed after 3 months follow-up.Conclusion:Application of the pull string in the reduction of dislocation of the Frn 2 lacrimal duct stent tubes is effective and safe, with simple operation and small tissue injure.n
