本文在渗碳试件的实验基础上,第一次用涡流和着色探伤法测定了接触疲劳裂坟产生的时间和位置;用金相法连续观察了接触疲劳裂纹扩展的形貌并测定了接触疲劳裂纹扩展速率;用扫描电镜观察了接触疲劳断口不同区域的形貌,并提出用鳞片花样进行描述。实验结果表明:钢的成分与组织对接触疲劳寿命的影响可以通过对接触疲劳裂纹相对萌生期(N_0),稳定扩展期(N_1),快速扩展期(N_2),裂纹扩展速率(da/dN),断口形貌和裂纹扩展特征等来进行深入的研究。
In this paper, based on the experiment of carburizing test, the time and position of the contact fatigue cracked grave were determined by eddy current and coloring test for the first time. The contact fatigue crack growth morphology was continuously observed by metallographic method and the contact fatigue crack The growth rate was observed by scanning electron microscopy. The morphology of contact fatigue fracture in different regions was observed and the scale pattern was proposed. The experimental results show that the influence of composition and microstructure of steel on the contact fatigue life can be influenced by the contact fatigue crack growth rate (N_0), stable extension (N_1), rapid expansion (N_2), crack propagation rate (da / dN) , Fracture morphology and crack propagation characteristics to conduct in-depth study.
