目的:研究蛋白激酶C抑制剂Chelerythrine对大鼠脑缺血时纹体γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)和甘氨酸(Gly)释放的影响。方法:用微透析和高压液相法测定大鼠半球缺血时纹体GABA和Gly的释放。结果:脑缺血时纹体GABA和Gly的释放明显升高。前者被Chelerythrine促进而后者则被抑制。结论:脑缺血时纹体GABA和Gly释放的明显升高参与了脑缺血病理过程,蛋白激酶C抑制剂Chelery-thrine可能通过这一机制具有某些保护缺血大脑的作用
AIM: To investigate the effects of Chelerythrine, a protein kinase C inhibitor, on the release of GABA and Gly from the striatum during cerebral ischemia in rats. Methods: The release of GABA and Gly from the striatum during hemispheric ischemia in rats was determined by microdialysis and high pressure liquid chromatography. Results: The release of GABA and Gly in the striatum was significantly increased after cerebral ischemia. The former is promoted by Chelerythrine while the latter is suppressed. CONCLUSION: The significant increase of GABA and Gly release during cerebral ischemia is involved in the pathological process of cerebral ischemia. Chelery-thrine, a protein kinase C inhibitor, may have some protective effects on ischemic brain through this mechanism
