为了有效地保护石榴资源,对新疆喀什及和田地区的石榴主栽品种进行调查,并对果实品质进行了初步鉴定。结果表明:喀什及和田地区大面积栽培的石榴品种主要有10个。10个品种中,喀什酸甜石榴的平均单果重及果实纵、横径最大,果皮色泽艳丽,着色均匀,外观品质最好。皮亚曼石榴籽粒纵径、横径、百粒重和出汁率最高。叶城大籽甜石榴籽粒纵径、横径、百粒重和出汁率略低于皮亚曼石榴,位居第二,这两个石榴品种内在品质最佳,最适宜鲜食。
In order to effectively protect the resources of pomegranate, the main cultivars of pomegranate in Kashgar and Hetian of Xinjiang were investigated, and the fruit quality was preliminarily identified. The results showed that there are mainly 10 pomegranate cultivars cultivated in Kashgar and Hetian areas. Among 10 varieties, the average single fruit weight and fruit longitudinal and transverse diameter of Kashi sour sweet and pomegranate are the largest, the color of the peel is bright, the coloring is uniform and the appearance quality is the best. Piaget pomegranate grain length, diameter, weight and the highest rate of 100 juice. Yecheng big seed sweet pomegranate grain length, diameter, 100 weight and juice rate slightly lower than the Piaget pomegranate, ranked second, the two pomegranate varieties of the best intrinsic quality, the most suitable fresh.
