目的探讨高危高龄良性前列腺增生症(BPH)安全、有效的治疗方法。方法回顾性分析132例高危高龄BPH患者的临床资料。结果经充分的术前准备,132例高危高龄BPH患者均接受了经尿道前列腺电切术,手术时间30～90min,平均55min,切除组织质量20～80g,平均30g,术后排尿困难症状均明显改善,均获治愈出院。术中术后无电切综合征(TURS)发生,无手术死亡病例,1例因术后出血再手术治愈。结论加强围手术期处理,应用经尿道前列腺电切治疗高危高龄重度BPH具有安全、效果好、并发症少等优点。
Objective To investigate the safe and effective treatment of high-risk benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). Methods The clinical data of 132 high-risk elderly patients with BPH were retrospectively analyzed. Results After preoperative preparation, 132 cases of high-risk BPH patients underwent transurethral resection of the prostate. The operation time was 30-90 minutes with an average of 55 minutes. The mass of the resected tissue was 20-80g (average 30g), and the symptoms of dysuria were obvious Improve, were cured and discharged. Surgery after surgery without electrical cut-off syndrome (TURS) occurred, no case of surgical death, 1 case of re-bleeding after surgery to cure. Conclusion To strengthen the perioperative management, the application of transurethral resection of the prostate in the treatment of high risk severe elderly patients with severe BPH has the advantages of safety, good effect, fewer complications.
