采用高温热分解法合成了粒径约为10nm的LiYF4…Er,Yb纳米晶,将其掺杂入SU-8聚合物作为光波导放大器的有源层。以SiO2作为下包层,P(MMA-GMA)聚合物作为上包层,制备了LiYF4…Er,Yb纳米晶掺杂SU-8聚合物平面光波导放大器。当980nm波长抽运光功率为180mW时,在1535nm波长处获得了2.3dB/cm的相对增益率。
LiYF4 ... Er, Yb nanocrystals with a size of about 10 nm were synthesized by pyrolysis method and doped into SU-8 polymer as the active layer of the optical waveguide amplifier. LiYF4 ... Er, Yb nanocrystal doped SU-8 polymer planar optical waveguide amplifier was prepared with SiO2 as the under cladding layer and P (MMA-GMA) polymer as the cladding layer. When the pumping power of 980nm wavelength is 180mW, a relative gain of 2.3dB / cm is obtained at the wavelength of 1535nm.
