This essay examines the significance of the work of 1,201 Jewish residents and 286 Arab descendants of the Israeli labor market, that is, Palestinians who have Israeli nationality. This is the first survey of the significance of the work for Arab Arab residents in Israel and the first comparison between them and the Jewish people’s work outlook. Hostility, mistrust and social tensions between the two groups, which have different cultures, are mainly due to the escalating ethnic conflicts (that is, the Arab-Israeli / Palestinian regional conflicts). The findings of this article reveal some of the key differences in the core dimensions of work significance between the two parties that we can use to explain why they are highly segregated, their cultural differences, employment discrimination, but the primary reason It is still a lasting Arab-Israeli-Palestinian conflict.
