目的探讨在超声引导自动活检在２３９例占位性病变诊断中的应用。方法在超声定位下，利用自动活检枪对占位性病变进行自动活检。结果本组一次活检取材成功者达９７．５％（２３３／２３９），二次成功者达１００％。组织心长度平均约１．６２ｃｍ，组织学诊断率９６．２％（２３０／２３９）。结论经超声引导自动活检术可广泛应用于全身各部位占位性病变，操作简便、安全，取材迅速准确、可靠，几乎无并发症，临床应用可完全取代手动活检。
Objective To explore the application of ultrasound-guided automatic biopsy in the diagnosis of 239 lesions. Methods Under the guidance of ultrasound, an automatic biopsy gun was used to perform an automatic biopsy of occupying lesions. Results 97.5% (233/239) of the successful biopsies were obtained in this group, and the secondary success was 100%. The average tissue length was about 1.62 cm, and the histological diagnosis rate was 96.2% (230/239). Conclusions Ultrasound-guided automatic biopsy can be widely applied to occupying lesions in various parts of the body. The operation is simple and safe. The material is quick, accurate, reliable and almost no complications. Clinical application can completely replace manual biopsy.
