目的 :建立解热抗炎 I号口服液中绿原酸定性与定量的方法。方法 :用薄层层析法对有效成分绿原酸进行定性分析 ;用液相色谱法在 ODS- C1 8柱上以甲醇与 0 .0 2 mol/ L Na H2 PO4 ( 1 5∶85)为流动相 ,用外标法建立了绿原酸的分析方法。结果 :绿原酸的平均回收率为 99.37% ,检测线性范围为 5~ 75mg/ L,r=0 .9990。结论 :本法简便、快速、灵敏、重现性好。
Objective : To establish a qualitative and quantitative method for the determination of chlorogenic acid in Jiefang anti-inflammatory No. I oral solution. Methods: Chlorogenic acid as an active ingredient was qualitatively analyzed by thin layer chromatography; HPLC was used on an ODS-C18 column with methanol and 0. 02 mol/L NaH2PO4 (15:85). In the mobile phase, an analytical method for chlorogenic acid was established using an external standard method. Results: The average recovery of chlorogenic acid was 99.37%. The linear range of detection was 5 to 75 mg/L, r=0.9990. Conclusion: This method is simple, rapid, sensitive and reproducible.
