目的 应用ET-100新型咽鼓管开放功能测试训练仪对咽鼓管(ET)开放功能实施分级,并进行应用研究。方法 用本仪器对111 例(222耳)正常人ET的开放等级值(OGV)用K均值分类法进行统计学处理及分级(A、B、C、D四级),据此分级,对75例(15耳)潜水员、16例(32耳)飞行员及11例(22耳)潜艇艇员的ET开放功能进行检测及分析研究。结果 正常人员组与潜水员组、飞行员组、潜艇艇员组人员ET开放功能差异无显著性;A、B级人员在加压实验中可使ET顺利开放。结论 使用本仪器初步制订的分级标准能够客观地反映ET的主动开放通气功能,应用结果与实际情况符合性好,可为各类人员ET开放功能的检查提供可靠依据。
Objective To evaluate the open function of eustachian tube (ET) by using ET-100 new Eustachian tube open function test training instrument. Methods The instrument was used to classify and classify the open rating (OGV) values of ET in 111 cases (222 ears) of normal subjects by K means classification (Grades A, B, C and D) (15 ears) divers, 16 cases (32 ears) pilots and 11 cases (22 ears) submarine crew ET open function testing and analysis. Results There was no significant difference in the openness and function of ET between normal personnel group, diver group, pilots group and submarine crew members. A and B personnel could make ET open smoothly during the pressurization experiment. Conclusion The grading standards preliminarily formulated by this instrument can objectively reflect the active open ventilation function of ET. The application results are in good conformity with the actual situation and provide a reliable basis for the examination of the open function of all kinds of personnel.
