在篮球投篮教学与训练中,常常出现许多错误动作,或手臂未向上推送,或手腕过早下压,造成低而平的投篮孤度,还有的持球于肩后,造成大臂带动小臂甩球等。根据学生中存在的这些毛病,我采取了以下的练习方法,收到很好的效果。一、设一立柱或竹竿,竿顶横一长40厘米的横杆与地面平行,此竿置于罚球线前50厘米处,竿高1.90米。练习者站在罚球线之后,竹竿可依练习者的身高前后调整,其要求是调至瞄篮时横杆的平面与篮框的上平面成一条线。投球者出手后,球沿着这条线上空作孤线运动。这一练习,主要是迫使投篮者将球向上推送,使之形成大臂送小臂,使手臂充分向上伸直时手腕发力,食指,中指拨球的正确动作,加大投篮孤度。
