反生产行为(Counterproductive Work Behavior,简称CWB)是指员工在工作中故意危害组织或其利益相关者合法利益的所有消极行为。文章综合国外大量文献,对员工反生产行为的概念、结构进行了详细的归类介绍,系统梳理了反生产行为的理论模型和影响因素,指出了目前研究中存在的问题及未来的研究方向。
Counterproductive Work Behavior (CWB) refers to all the negative behaviors that employees deliberately endanger the legitimate interests of the organization or its stakeholders at work. Based on a large amount of foreign literature, the article classifies the concept and structure of staff’s anti-production behavior in detail, systematically combs the theoretical models and influencing factors of anti-production behavior, and points out the existing problems and the future research directions.
