新时期,我国企业数量蓬勃发展,对外面临着竞争,对内则要团结职工,将职工视为企业的中心,激发职工智慧,实现企业、职工利益的共赢。工会,即工人联合会或劳工总会,是企业职工基于自身利益的维护基础上而构建的社会团体。工会组织可就工作条件、工作时限与工资水平等与雇主洽谈。现代社会,工会更是联系职工与企业的桥梁,是企业政策、职工要求的传达者。为此,工会应认清自我角色,在自身能力与素质强化的基础上,寻求企业、职工间的共有利益。
In the new period, the number of enterprises in our country is thriving, the competition is facing to the outside, while the inner one is to unite the staff and workers, treat the staff and workers as the center of the enterprise, stimulate the wisdom of staff and workers, and achieve a win-win situation for the interests of the enterprise and employees. A trade union, that is, a workers’ union or a labor union, is a social organization that is constructed on the basis of the maintenance of self-interest by employees of enterprises. Trade union organizations may negotiate with employers on working conditions, working time limits and wage levels. In modern society, trade unions are also the bridge between workers and enterprises, and they are the conveyors of corporate policies and staff requirements. To this end, the trade union should recognize its own role and seek the common interests of enterprises and employees on the basis of strengthening its own capabilities and qualifications.
