Undercover town was selected as the target city government, launched a series of urban and social interventions. These measures are implemented within the framework of a municipal consolidation project. Municipal Integration Project A series of interrelated actions aimed at getting the city, which is at the bottom of all levels in the province, to obtain social forms and spatial improvements. Specifically, this measure includes an elevated walkway system that responds to months of floods in the city each year, a brand new educational park, a public plaza (including sports facilities), and an Azerbaijani Bella school, as well as new housing. In my capacity as a consultant and mentor, I worked with the government to conduct a study of the renewal of a number of other similar cities.
