Objective To analyze the expression of HIF-1α in acute leukemia bone marrow stromal cells and the changes of stromal cell-derived factor-1 (SDF-1) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in bone marrow stromal cells after silencing HIF-1α by RNA interference. Methods Reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) was used to detect the mRNA expression of HIF-1α in bone marrow stromal cells. Lipofectamine-mediated HIF-1α specific RNAi plasmid was transfected into bone marrow of acute leukemia
