以无氧铜水平连铸薄板坯为研究对象,使用ProCast铸造仿真软件进行了不同拉坯速度下连铸薄板坯的温度场仿真分析,给出了结晶器出口处的铸坯表面温度与拉坯速度的函数关系。结果表明,结晶器出口处的铸坯表面温度随拉坯速度的增加呈线性增大趋势。
