基于生态标准化水平与环境效应两大评价指标体系的构建,运用熵权-TOPSIS法测度了农村生态标准化水平与环境效应的贴近度以及环境效应与生态标准化水平等相关指标的灰色关联度,结果表明,2000—2014年我国生态标准化水平与农村自然、社会、经济环境的灰色关联度在90%以上,与农村环境综合效应的关联度在70%以上,生态标准化的实施对于提升农村生态环境保护效应发挥了较为显著的促进作用。着眼于我国农村综合环境的持续改善,仍需进一步加强农村的标准化培训、加快农业和环境标准化进程以及增强与国际标准的接轨。
