企业发展的过程中,常常会出现人才流动的现象,当出现这一现象时,会对企业的发展带来一定影响,而要降低这种影响,必须要对流动人才档案进行管理。因此,本文对加强流动人才档案管理模式进行了思考,首先简述了流动人才档案管理的特点,之后分析了流动人才档案管理中存在的问题,并针对不同的问题,提出了相应的优化对策,为加强我国流动人才档案管理提供了重要帮助。
